Your responsibilities:
- Organize efficient workflows using Agile methodology (stand-up meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives);
- Ensure the team adheres to the planned project schedule and deadlines;
- Actively identify and solve obstacles that reduce team efficiency;
- Manage and monitor project scope, goals, and quality;
- Administer and continuously update tasks in the JIRA system;
- Represent the team in communication with clients;
- Prepare project reports, documentation, and other important information.
We expect you to:
- Have experience working in a service-providing company in the IT sector;
- Have work experience in software development;
- Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken;
- Possess strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills;
- Be proactive, result-oriented, and capable of solving problems independently;
- Have excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies and know how to apply them in practice;
- Have experience with task management systems (JIRA, Confluence, Trello, MantisBT, ClickUp, Asana, etc.).

- Have worked in the gaming industry;
- Are passionate about video games;
- Have good knowledge of game consoles (Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch, etc.).
